This feature is most beneficial with larger files - those with more than 200 or so deals. With smaller files I think it's easiest to move around the file using the Scoreboard.
Clicking this option will open the Jump to deal screen where you can enter either a Game ID number or a Date:
If you use the Date option, control will move to the lowest Game ID number on or after that date.
